Independent Executors

When a loved one appoints an executor to probate their will, that choice of executor may not be the most prudent. The executor may subsequently pass away, or for some reason, choose not to get involved; indeed, probate can be very difficult to figure out and is quite time consuming.

An executor can also be perceived as biased against one or more of the beneficiaries, making it difficult to have the necessary objectivity to properly administer the estate.

Beneficiaries may not be able to appoint an alternative executor, and trust companies are very expensive. Mussio Goodman has the experience, skills and resources to step in and act as an independent and impartial executor in such cases.
