Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration

Mussio Goodman LLP regularly applies for a grant of probate, or letters of administration, for appointing an executor to take over and windup an estate. Applying for a grant of probate or letters administration is a complex matter that typically requires legal representation.

Our firm performs the service for a flat fee or on an hourly basis with the legal fees being paid once the grant has been issued by the court. In other words, the executor or the beneficiaries do not have to come up with a money retainer to start the process.

We also provide non-interest loans to pay probate fees when the executor or the beneficiaries does not have the necessary financial resources to pay government charges to obtain the grant.
