Jordan’s estate litigation practice centers on high-conflict family disputes, including wills variation claims and matters involving vulnerable beneficiaries. He works closely with clients to protect their legal rights while navigating difficult personal dynamics.
While many of his cases have resolved through settlement, he recently completed a successful three-week jury trial.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
