Hanna is an associate practicing in estate litigation, with experience focused on estate and trust disputes. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. Hanna joined the firm following her articles with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Hanna’s practice includes assisting clients with wills variation claims, issues relating to capacity and undue influence, and participating in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes. Hanna has conducted estate trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has appeared before the Provincial Court as well. Hanna also assists clients with the solicitor side of estate planning, including drafting wills, representation agreements and power of attorney documents.
In her spare time, Hanna enjoys exploring new restaurants and activities in Vancouver, skiing, and travelling.
